We were engaged by our client who had moved into a good sized 4 bedroom house a year prior and needed to revamp their kitchen area and open up the ground floor to create a larger kitchen and dining space, with a utility room.
Concept designs were taken through to a planning application and then moved onto building regulations.
The design incorporated a flat roof with glazed rooflights and a set of large bi-fold doors leading out to the south facing garden.

“Excellent service from start to finish. Gareth was very attentive to what we wanted and was very thorough in the design. We needed drawings for a 7x4m kitchen extension. These were produced promptly and to a high standard. Gareth was also very helpful in helping us navigate the planning application, structural engineering and building regulations aspect of the design. Overall we are very happy with the result and hope to use Go-architecture again in the future. We would highly recommend.”
