A building that was previously a kitchen, bathroom and furniture show-room, was purchased by our client in 2025 with the goal to refurbish the building and change the use to offices.

The building has limited amount of openings for the purposes of windows to provide light that would make it suitable for office accommodation, so with this being a priority, the building was designed with individual office ‘pods’ as well as open plan areas, new toilet accommodation, a large balcony providing cover to the electric vehicle charging spaces.
