A lovely detached property situated on a large and enclosed plot on Norwich Road in Wymondham needed to be extended to provide much needed extra space for a growing family.
An existing conservatory was removed to allow space for a properly constructed extension, housing a new utility and shower room/wc. A large full width rear extension was designed to allow the existing dining room and kitchen to be opened up into the new space creating a large family space.
In addition to this, the existing garage was removed, and replaced with a two storey side extension to facilitate a new play room and master bedroom above.
