Corvalla is a self build dwelling on the Isle of Man.
Built to Passivhaus standards using the Beattie Passive system and the first of its kind on the Isle of Man. Gareth worked with Beattie Passive, alongside James Vickers from Complete Construction Services (CCS) and renewable technology specialist SNX.
Corvalla was designed in traditional Manx style and won the Best Eco Home in the Build It Awards 2017.
Gareth provided technical design and liaised with the client, builder and associated construction professionals to achieve completion of this wonderful project overlooking Port St. Mary on the Isle of Man.
